PXRD Diffractometer

Copper source radiation (λ = 1.5406 Å) with a Lynxeye XE-T detector capable of suppressing X-ray fluorescence. 

Instrument has a rotating stage for PXRD measurements at room temperature.

Microscopes

Multiple Zeiss Stereo polarizing microscopes for sample inspection and specimen mounting. Mounted cameras allow for high-resolution imaging of samples.
